About this floor
Bayview is a pale, whitewashed beige oak with soft grain and a few small knots — the palest colour in the Lifestyles range.
Bayview is an engineered European oak on a eucalyptus plywood core. It has a flat surface with light to medium wire-brushing and micro-bevelled edges on all four sides, finished in UrbanWood’s DuRa Finish Ultra Matte, a low-gloss finish that can be upgraded to DuRa Finish Commercial. UrbanWood stocks it in its Signature construction: Natural Grade, with a 3 mm wear layer, 9/16 in thick and 7-1/2 in wide, in random lengths up to 75 in. Natural Grade shows knots, small filled voids and mineral streaks. It can be installed on, above or below grade and over radiant floor heating. It is GREENGUARD Gold certified and CARB II compliant. With the Ultra Matte finish it carries a 30-year finish warranty, a limited lifetime structural warranty and a 3-year light commercial warranty.
UrbanWood also stocks Bayview as a 5 in × 30 in herringbone, and makes it to order in UrbanFusion, UrbanWood’s 9/16 in thick, 7-1/2 in wide plank on a solid-sawn European pine core.
