About this floor
Topaz is a deep khaki-brown with an olive undertone — lighter and browner than Ultramarine.
Common Ground has a basketweave-style pattern. It is 100% PureColor solution-dyed BCF polyester: the colour goes all the way through each fibre rather than sitting on the surface, and Dreamweaver says the colour will not fade, wear off or stain. It is safe to clean even with a bleach solution. It carries Dreamweaver’s patented SoilShield anti-soil treatment, is CRI Green Label Plus approved, and has a Performance Appearance Rating (PAR) of 3.5. The pattern repeat is 12 in W × 12 in L. Warranties: lifetime stain, fade and pet-stain resistance; 25 years for soil resistance, abrasive wear, texture retention and manufacturing defects. Dreamweaver style 2845, colour 6410.
Topaz is also made in Pinpoint, a subtle wool-inspired loop.
